Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Conversee LTD ("Conversee", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our intent-driven go-to-market platform and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Conversee LTD is the data controller responsible for your information. Conversee is a go-to-market decision platform that surfaces public buying-intent signals and helps lean teams decide where to focus. You can reach us at privacy@conversee.ai, or by post at its registered address (company no. 517347886).
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your name and email address, including details shared when you sign in with Google.
- Onboarding information, such as your website URL and the markets or topics you ask us to monitor.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, forms, or calls.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed and features used.
- Device and log data, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 11.
Information from public sources
To generate signals, Conversee analyses publicly available conversations and content (for example, public posts on community platforms, social networks, and forums). This material may include personal data that individuals have chosen to make public. We process this information to identify buying intent relevant to our customers and do not use it to build profiles for advertising.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating signals and business profiles.
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To communicate with you about the Service, including service updates and, where permitted, relevant product news.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the Service you request); legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to analyse public buying-intent signals, balanced against individuals' rights); consent (where required, for example certain cookies or marketing); and legal obligation (where we must process data to comply with the law).
5. Public-source data and your choices
If you are an individual whose public content has been processed by Conversee, you may ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its processing, by contacting privacy@conversee.ai. We will honour valid requests in line with applicable law. Conversee is designed around restraint: it surfaces a small number of relevant signals to our customers and never posts or messages on anyone's behalf automatically.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service providers (subprocessors) who help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), authentication (Google), email delivery, and analytics, under contracts that protect your data.
- Customers, to the extent signals we surface relate to their market (this concerns public information and the customer's own configured monitoring).
- Legal and safety recipients, where disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. International transfers
Conversee operates from Israel and uses service providers that may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) as required by applicable law.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, to provide the Service, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@conversee.ai. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Individuals in Israel have rights under the Protection of Privacy Law, and individuals in California may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.
12. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
15. Contact us
For any questions about this Policy or your personal data, contact us at privacy@conversee.ai or by post at Conversee LTD.
